Carer’s/ Support Workers

After a successful interview and DBS check, you will be called for a training course.

If you are DBS approved, we will arrange for you to shadow an experienced Carer. This is done to provide you with practical experience in your profession.

Step 6

Once the shadowing is complete and have received positive feedback, you will be formally offered a contract, start date, and uniform to join our friendly team.
